CAKEBREAD CHARDONNAY 2005
The 2005 vintage produced fruit with tremendous varietal intensity and exceptionally well-balanced flavors, the only winemaking intervention required was to select the right barrels to highlight the wine’s lovely natural attributes. The 2005 Napa Valley Chardonnay spent eight months aging in French oaks barrels, 36% new, with periodic stirring of the yeast lees to further enrich texture and flavor.
SIMI RUSSIAN RIVER CHARDONNAY 2006
The Russian River Valley's cool climate plays a key role in Simi's Burgundian-style Chardonnay. The influence of the Pacific Ocean gives the Russian River Valley an extended, moderate growing season. Perfectly situated within the heart of the Russian River Valley, Simi's Goldfields vineyard is close enough to the coast to receive the benefits of the cool fog and inland enough to ensure the vineyard will get the degree days that Chardonnay grapes require to ripen to perfection.
PAVILION CROSSING CHARDONNAY 2008
The grapes from this 2008 Chardonnay come from vineyards within Sonoma’s Russian River Valley and Napa Valley. The aromas are complex with bright spicy green apple, pear and hint of vanilla. The pallet is creamy and full bodied with hints of butter, nut and light toasty oak. The balance of this wine makes it a pleasure to savor on its own or enjoy with a variety of foods
STERLING NAPA VALLEY CHARDONNAY 2007
The 2007 Sterling Vineyards Napa Valley Chardonnay displays elegant balance in its array of bright fruit and rich, creamy aromas and flavors. Fresh pear and ripe apple character, lightly accented with white floral and tropical fruit notes, mingle with vanilla and oak spices in the enticing aromas. The flavors mirror the aromas, picking up notes of melon, and then culminate in a toasty oak finish. Barrel-fermentation, partial malolactic fermentation (70%) and stirring of the yeast lees during sure lie aging all contributed to the wines complex flavor profile, silky texture and weight on the palate.
This Chardonnays crispness makes it a perfect foil for barbecued shrimp topped with mango, citrus, red onion and cilantro salsa. It has the richness to match roast chicken served with a wild mushroom sauce and is delicious served simply with Brie cheese and fresh fruit.
2007 Sauvignon Blanc Lake & Sonoma Counties
Stainless steel fermentation preserves the bright, crisp character of our Sauvignon Blanc. Grassy aromas introduce flavors of lemon, melon and grapefruit. Generous fruit is enhanced by a refreshing acidic structure and harmonious mouthfeel. Enjoy with white fish, summer salads or fresh fruit.

This last fruit brought strong peach and passion fruit flavors, with tremendous, rich mouthfeel. In the 2008 vintage, we destemmed, pressed and settled the Sauvignon Blanc in tanks, followed by fermention in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel barrels. All winemaking was done in a very reductive environment (excluding oxygen) and the resultant wine is an elegant, delicately herbal and citrus-flavored Sauvignon Blanc.

Light, crisp, and highly aromatic, the warmer climate Alexander Valley fruit gives the wine ripe pear and melon character, while the ocean cooled Russian River fruit offers citrus, mineral, and traditional herbaceous qualities. Together, the two valleys make a classic Sonoma County sauvignon blanc that is fresh, lively, and will drink beautifully over the next 1 to 2 years

This is a signature wine. It has a creamy, floral, citrus nose. It is round in the mouth with delicate flavors of citrus and pineapple. It finishes crisp, clean and smooth. An excellent wine with a variety of foods; ranging from spicy Asian to seafood and pasta or just to sip by itself.

In 1966, Robert Mondavi created the first Fumé Blanc—a barrel-aged Sauvignon Blanc. The 2007 bottling continues that ground-breaking tradition. Rich aromas of lemon verbena, delicate orange blossoms and a tinge of minerality lead to fresh, mouthwatering flavors of white peach and kumquats ensconced in luscious folds of creamy texture. This mouth-filling wine has excellent weight enlivened with zesty acidity. Vibrant and expressive, its long, elegant finish lingers on the palate and in the memory.

This Classics Pinot Grigio has a shimmering silver, slight yellow hay color. Its scents of melon, grapefruit zest, lime and green apple are fresh and vibrant. On the palate the aromas are mirrored with flavors of melon, green apple, lime, and grapefruit that are medium bodied and followed by a long-lasting crisp, clean finish. A "classic" example of this popular varietal.

Fresh notes of pear, apricot and honeydew melon are accented by hints of citrus and lemongrass. Crisp apple and pear with notes of honey and ripe peach mingle softly with white pepper that adds a mineral touch to the vibrant, fruity finish.

Here in California?s cooler vineyard regions, Pinot Grigio develops ripe flavors and a silky texture that rival wines of its homeland. We added twenty-percent Gewürztraminer for even more spiciness. Serve chilled, this wine makes a delightful complement to appetizers, salads, grilled fish and chicken or any lighter fare that tantalizes your tastebuds.
