Falchini Vernaccia di San Gimignano Vigna a Solatio

Light straw color, light aroma of green apple, fresh, dry, balanced and fruity. Great with food, particularly with antipasto, light pasta sauce, fish, light to medium soups, and excellent as an aperitif or all around wine.

VILLA ANTINORI TOSCANA

Blend: 60% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 5% Syrah. This wine is produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes coming from the Antinori vineyards in Tuscany.  The wine is refined for 12 months in oak casks followed by further 8 months in the bottle prior to release. Intense ruby red colour, aromas of red berry fruit and oak. Complex and stylish with well-balanced, silky tannins and rich in extract.

BANFI SAN ANGELO PINOT GRIGIO

Pale-straw color, with an intense, fruity aroma, followed by a clean, rich, refreshing taste. (Light fare, seafood, poultry, as an aperitif).

MASO CANALI PINOT GRIGIO

All grapes were hand harvested, followed by a gentle pressing to extract the fresh fruit flavor while imparting minimal color from the skins. After slight clarification, the juice was fermented clean, in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with select yeast added at a temperature of 20°C. To intensify the tropical characteristics of the wine, all grapes are from late harvest (surmaturo) Pinot Grigio grapes. Additionally, 6% of the blend is from late harvest Pinot Grigio grapes that were dried on racks, vinified separately, and added to the final blend. This time-intensive “Passito” process gives the wine its unique body, complexity, and tropical fruit flavor. Finally, the wine was cold stabilized, filtered and bottled to retain the crisp, fruity characteristics of the wine and to avoid malolactic fermentation.

BABICH SAUV/BLANC

This wine displays lifted tropical fruits with notes of lantana and capsicum. There is a passionfruit entry on the palate coupled with citrus and wild cape gooseberry notes that linger, and are quite literally mouthwatering! This is a balanced wine, with a texture that will match well with food but is equally enjoyable on its own.

The Riesling grape is considered by many to be the finest of German grape varieties, and Blue Nuns Riesling uses them to superb effect. Its fragrant, fruity, crisp and lively. Good with white meats and fish. Once again, versatile enough to go with most things. And because its a very light, refreshing wine, you can enjoy it as an aperitif. Or drink it anytime you like.
